Local Services Partner Agreement

Local Services provides marketing, customer acquisition, lead matching, and platform services. You remain an independent contractor/business and are solely responsible for your estimates, pricing, construction contract, permits, materials, labor, insurance, warranties, and work performed.

Customers introduced by Local Services are platform-originated leads. You agree to accurately report whether an introduced customer hires you, the final signed contract value, and material project status changes. You agree not to bypass Local Services to avoid an agreed platform marketing fee.

The default platform marketing rate shown in the system is 15% of the signed contract value for a Local Services-originated job unless Local Services and you agree to a different rate in writing. This application acknowledgement records the operating terms; final enforceability remains subject to applicable law.
